This Privacy Policy explains how Ring Clash ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play Ring Clash on Android. By playing the game you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account identifier. When you first launch the app we create an anonymous Firebase account tied to your device. If you sign in with Google, your Google account ID and profile name are linked to that account.
Display name. The username you choose in your profile settings.
Game progress. Your level, total rings, coins, leaderboard height, and country/region (derived from your device locale, never GPS).
Profile photo URL. Only stored if you opt in to using your Google profile photo.
Email address. Only collected if you sign in with Google; used solely to send account-related notifications (see Section 5).
Advertising ID. Google AdMob may collect your advertising ID to show personalised ads. See Section 4.

2. How We Use Your Information

Run the leaderboard and CLASH boss features.
Save your progress across devices when signed in with Google.
Display your name and progress to other players on the leaderboard.
Send account notifications (see Section 5).
Serve ads via Google AdMob.

3. Data Storage

Your game data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore (Firebase servers are operated by Google LLC, USA). Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Ring Clash shows ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your Android device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation. AdMob's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Inactive Account Policy & Automatic Deletion

If you have not opened Ring Clash for 90 days (3 months), your account data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

This includes your display name, game progress, leaderboard scores, and any linked profile photo.

If you signed in with Google, we will send a notification email to your Google account address approximately 7 days before deletion, giving you the opportunity to reopen the app and preserve your account.

Guest (anonymous) accounts cannot receive email notifications and will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity without prior notice.

6. Data Deletion Request

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using either method below:

In-app: Open the app → Profile → Log Out → Delete Account. Your Firestore document, leaderboard entry, and all game data are removed immediately.
By email: Send a deletion request to ringclashgame@gmail.com with the subject line "Ring Clash Data Deletion". Include your display name and, if signed in with Google, the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days and confirm by reply.

After deletion, data may persist in Firebase backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten, after which it is permanently unrecoverable.

7. Children's Privacy

Ring Clash is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email above and we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Services

Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, cloud database, analytics.
Google AdMob (Google LLC) — in-app advertising.
Google Play Billing — in-app purchases (coins).
Google Sign-In — optional account linking.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at ringclashgame@gmail.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
